How to Use the Friends Invite Feature?
The Friends Invite feature in GM Smart Planner is designed to make collaboration simple and seamless. Follow the steps below to start collaborating with your friends or team members.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Open the GM Smart Planner app
- Navigate to the Friends screen
- Tap the Add Friend button (located at the bottom-right corner)
- Search using your friend’s registered email ID
- A list of suggested users will appear below
- Select your friend and send the invite
If you receive a friend request, it will appear in the Friends section. You can review and accept the invitation to begin collaborating.
Purpose of the Friends Invite Feature:
The main purpose of the Friends Invite feature is to enable shared task management and group collaboration.
When you create a task that is equally important for your friend or team member, you can add them directly to that task. Once added:
- Your friend can view the task details
- Both of you can update task progress
- Real-time notifications and reminders are sent to all assigned members
This ensures everyone stays aligned and accountable.
